This Privacy Policy explains how Video Noise Remover ("we", "us") at videonoiseremover.com collects, uses, and protects information when you use the site.

Information we collect

• Content you enter into the tool. Unless stated otherwise on the page, it is processed only to produce your result and is not stored.
• Email address (waitlist). If you ask to be notified about an upcoming feature, we store your email address only to send you that notice. We do not share it, and we delete it on request.
• Usage counts. To enforce free daily limits and prevent abuse, we count uses per day against a one-way hash of your IP address and a random identifier stored in a cookie. We do not store your IP address itself, and the key used to create the hash is deleted after 2 days.
• Usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Payment data. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card details; we receive only what is needed to confirm your purchase (such as email and order status).

Your files

Your video and audio files are never uploaded. Noise is removed in your browser on your own device. While you compare and download, the cleaned file is kept in your browser's own storage (the origin private file system). It is deleted when you pick another file or leave the page; if the browser closes before that, the copy is cleared the next time you use the tool, once it is a day old. We never see your files or the cleaned results.

For Pro files longer than 10 minutes, your browser tells our server how long the file is so we can charge the right number of credits. We record that length in minutes against your account, with the date; we do not receive the file name or its contents.

Email sign-in

If you sign in with an email link, we store your email address to keep your account and credits, and send the sign-in link through Cloudflare Email Sending. We only email you sign-in links and replies to your messages.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google instead of an email link, we receive your verified email, name and profile picture to create or link your account. For new Google accounts, we store your email, name and profile picture. We use an essential session cookie for paid features. We do not store Google access, refresh or ID tokens. Use the same email as at checkout to see your credits.

Cookies and advertising

We and our partners use cookies to operate the site, measure traffic, and show ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, and learn more in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we use information

To provide and improve the tool, keep the site secure, and respond to your requests.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site (hosting, analytics, advertising, payments) or when required by law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
